Status: Full Time/Exempt

About TetraVue:

TetraVue has developed a flash LiDAR system that generates full motion, 3D, high definition video with range information for 2 million pixels in each flash. The system, which is ideally suited to meeting the requirements for ADAS, Autonomous driving and other machine vision and robotics applications is accomplished using commercially available, high volume components used in other product areas (e.g. cell phone cameras). 

 Founded in 2008, the company demonstrated and developed the technology with funding from the DOE and other government contracts before shifting focus to automotive and other commercial applications last year. Investors include Robert Bosch Venture Capital, Samsung Catalyst Fund, Foxconn and Nautilus Ventures Partners investors.

Job Summary:

This role provides high-level administrative support to Company EVP and CTO and others at the company by conducting research, preparing statistical reports, handling information requests and performing clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls and scheduling meetings for executives and others as needed.  

This position is also responsible for overall front office activities, including directing and coordinating office services and activities, ensuring that infrastructure is ready and working to support the team at Vista. This person will bring energy and proactive problem solving to make sure the office runs efficiently, and people have what they need on the non-technical side and working closely with other administrative personnel.  

Essential Functions:

  • Type reports, memos, letters and other documents using word relevant computer software.
  • Answer phone calls and direct calls to appropriate parties or take messages.
  • Record, type and distribute meeting minutes or other notes.
  • Greet visitors and determine whether they should be given access to specific individuals.
  • Read and analyze incoming memos, submissions and reports to determine their significance and plan their distribution.
  • Perform general office duties such as filing, organizing, ordering supplies and maintaining records management systems (hardcopy or electronic).
  • File and retrieve corporate documents, records and reports.
  • Open, sort and distribute incoming correspondence, including faxes and email.
  • Maintains office services by organizing office operations and procedures; working with bookkeepers; controlling correspondence; designing filing systems; reviewing and approving supply requisitions; monitoring clerical functions.
  • Provides support for Company EVP & CTO and engineers with creating documents.
  • Maintains office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems, layouts, and equipment procurement.
  • Assists in designing and implementing office policies.
  • Assists tracking Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
  • Keeps management informed by reviewing and analyzing special reports; summarizing information; identifying trends.
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops;
  • Achieves financial objectives by preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Make travel arrangements for Company EVP & CTOPresident.

Required Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma
  • Five years of administrative experience
